| they offer an excellent service... uptime 100%, never had any issue with them... my emails get answered in 10 to 15 minutes.. I would give them 9 out of 10 |

We paid digitalhost for hosting our website, we are new to do this work and worried about support, digitalhost has helped us get things working but not as much as I would have liked, however I have noticed my website is always working and very fast so no complains from me.

I have been with digitalhost since they started in 1999 when they were called hostcp3
At times in the beginning things were very good with support being fast but not as technically qualified as they should have been for an IT company, over the years I have seen a vast improvement in technical ability of their staff and this has seen our business grow with excellent uptime and a quality service, overall I would give them 8 out of 10 |
