DRW is a web hosting company from HELL!
For years they overcharged me and I did not offer any refund. Look at their policy. If you dispute charges, they charge you extra $50 and then cancel your account! What company does that??? They never answer phones and seldom responds to tickets.
By far the worst company ever.
Any positive reviews here are written by DRW employees. There are hundreds of better hosting companies than DRW.

| I was with DRW for almost 6 years. The service was amazing. I'm not sure what happened around 2006 but it all went down hill. They stopped returning calls. I could not get through and would get an automated message saying that they're call volume was high so I should call back. The machine would then hang up on me. It was almost impossible to cancel my service with them as they force you to cancel using forms on line. When you click the forms they didn't download correctly. I would not suggest using them. |

I don't know what you people are talking about! My partner and I have had several accounts with DRW and never had a problem! They are friendly, I seldom wait on the phone more than a few minutes if I have a question. They are eager to help me with any of my account changes. There was a glitch with one of my first cancellations (old owners I think) but I had all the forms saved as instructed and they helped me sort it out NO PROBLEM!
I would recommend DRW to anyone! |

| I'm trying to get my money back,I cancel my service with them more than a year and they charge my Visa with another year of service and dont return my emails or phone calls. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO SUPPORT |

| DRW is the worst. They sent me to collections for sites that I canceled 2 years ago. I even have all the paperwork and emails from when I canceled. The company refuses to take my calls. I've had to hire a lawyer to sort through the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! |

| No support. They do not return phone calls. The 2 sites I have hosted through them required urgent technical support and they would not respond to any method of communication. One of my sites went down and they refused to help. They have damaged my reputation and caused me financial stress. This is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. |

| DRW Sucks. DO NOT USE THEM. I have been trying to cancel my accounts with them for 3 years - they continue to bill me and refuse to cancel. It sucks to have to resort to litigation to get a company to cancel accounts. |
