| I was at first I was fully satisfied, but after 2 years the problems begun. No replies to my requesting tickets, from both sales and support. Since Oktober 2009 trying to quit my hosting package with them, but no response and every month I get mails that my hosting package is overdue. Threat mails that they are suspending my account, but still my account is active. My sites has been moved to another server, but they keep my domain hostage. I can not believe that they still are in operation. You should host with this company. |

| Excellent uptime and speed. I have been with them for almost a year now and didn't have any problems. Support is average but I don't need much of it anyways. |

| Terrible, terrible, terrible. DO NOT host with this company. What a nightmare. Support is as bad as it can be. I've had multiple tickets open for three months now, with no response. The icing on the cake is that I registered my domain with them (BIG MISTAKE!) and now they're holding my domain hostage. JUST SAY NO! |

| Horrible customer service. I have had multiple cases open for over a month and have had no response, despite my repeated requests.There is no phone support, which is understandable at the price point. However, their SQL Server technology simply does not work, thus the service requests. Additionally, I was told that I would not be billed for the SQL Server service (since it does not and has not ever worked), then was threatened to be shut down for non-payment of the bill. I asked both sales and support for follow up explaination (repeatedly), with absolutely no acknowledgement or response. I do not believe it possible to have worse service. |
