| I completely agree with ALL of the negative reviews... I too have "webmastered" over 25 websites and Digital Forest is by far the worst hosting company I have ever worked with... See my complete review at www.jefflevine.com (still hosted by Digital Forest 4 months after cancelling my service!!!) They are too stupid to realize it and take down my site. |

| I'm a web master for over 50 websites. I host with Media Temple, Host Monster, 1and1 and for one client I host with Digital Forest. Unfortunately, Digital Forest is my least favorite. They have one of the worst customer service departments I have every encountered. They do not offer true 24/7 support. E-ticket support takes up to 24 hours to get a reply. They lock everything down to the point that a lot of things do not work. Try installing wordpress on one of their servers and changing a permission and you will see what I mean. The ding you for every additional option, try adding an additional MySQL database or an additional mail box and get the bill for that. They do not offer any c-panel access. The limit your disc storage way below what everyone else offers and they charge 5 times the standard price for enhanced web hosting. So why would anyone want to host with digital forest? Save your money, time and resources and host with someone else. You will be glad you did. |
