| I have been with this company since 2004 and every single time I have had an issue they were able to help me out. Their uptime is fantastic, and their reliability is second to none. My website did get hacked twice though (PHP) so I said screw it and designed my own. I still rather enjoy their CHEAP service though! |

| I have been with Idleserv for more than three years now and I plan to stay. I always get email notification of any maintenance downtime and this happens very rarely. Their servers are no-longer in New York but in Texas now. I can't comment on their tech support that much because I have so seldom had need of it. I wouldn't say that it is because I know so much what I'm doing, just that everything I have attempted has worked. Even though I have a reseller account all of the 15 domains on my account are mine so that may have something to do with my experience. |

| not very good at all, awfull service, i expect more from a company like this, these were rubbish and coursed so much of a head ache! Never use please! |
