This company has been a real disappointment for us. We were with them for several years.
1) It's near impossible to get a hold of anyone. I've had tech issues lasting several months with them most times.
2) Their user control panel is really only to view your hosting package, not to administer it. This is really horrible because you have to rely on them to make most changes. (See my comment above.)
3) We lost heaps of sales due to their inability to update our SSL certificate. It was down for 6 months before it was updated (and that only happened because we FINALLY got a hold of someone there).
Without question a lousy service. |
