| I have used media3 for a long time - since 2000. However, their service is now going downhill. They make changes to user accounts such as restore backup to fix issues on their servers without notifying customers. This results in loss of customer data and stored e-mail messages. |

| I sent up a coldfusion account never got my welcome email and when I open a ticket no one ever get back to me . I have open a ticket 3 days ago it is still open I called no one ever calls me back no email's . I called the owner he never call's billing never calls . So please stay away if you need your site up fast you will not get it here there tech support dose not work |

| I can't get any help from them. Their technical people don't know what they are doing. Only 1 person works in the evenings and the one person who has ever been able to help is off on Wednesdays. It has taken over 4 days to get one single datasource set up. One guy told me he was too busy to help me...and didn't care my client was waiting to see their site. Worst decision I have ever made was to host with them. I will be cancelling. |

| I have worked with media3 from 1996, but at the moment its service is very bad, even the communication between coldfusion and mysql is not supported. Also I have had problem of cancelled dominions that continue them receiving. |

| Have had media 3 for a long time and have always received excellent service. Most recently though I had a problem with the Spam filter they use. They tech couldn't figure out why it wasn't working properly and ultimately decided it wasn't worth trying to fix. "Sorry, but I guess that option just won't work for you." I am in the process of changing my ISP. |
