I had my website with another host, after months of on and off downtime, poor support and extremely rude staff, i decided to find a new host, which in its self is stress full enough,
I checked over numerous sites and checked into hundreds of offers,most sites recommended i check out www.springhost.net, so i did,
I got my account set up with them and then proceeded to try and transfer my domain from the other host to springhost name servers, Bad idea! as previously stated the other host was terrible and refused to help, i called on springhosts support team and they gave me everything i needed to get access to the domain name, they told me who to speak too, who to file the complaints with everything, within 3 hours, Andrew from springhost was starting to email my old host as well!! telling them they cant do what they were doing etc...
Andrew tired, as did i for 4 days to get it resolved, in the end springhost registered a new domain for me and everything was back to normal.
Springhost cannot be faulted for there service, dedication, and out right friendlyness, in these days of emails and automatic ticket systems its refreshing to know that the people at springhost actually care about there customers.
I cannot give you guys enough credit for the way you helped me and my online game sites, without you guys i would of never got my sites running again! |
