Nope - triple8.net
Never had worse customer service ever - what Cassy said. I don't think I've EVER actually been able to get through to a human.
Their server CRAWLS - it can take an hour to pull a 2 meg filemaker file down for maintenance.

| Terrible service. We used them for their FileMakerPro service. It took months to get it setup correctly due to their mis-configuration. Now the service is slow and has been known to go down. |

Abolustely THE BEST. As far as the issues spoken of in the other reviews - that must be a different Triple8. I have _never_ had any problems with Triple8 in all 5 months of my being there.
There customer service is very helpful & they try to work with you to resolve your problem even if it isn't "there problem". |

Absolutely ROTTEN customer service.... Site advertises 24x7x7365 support, but just try contacting them! No online 'chat' support after their normal office hours, calls through to their customer service number get you put on hold with atrocious elevator music interrupted VERY often with "Thank you for your patience" several times a minute --- for MANY MANY minutes before the recording says, sorry - but the individual at extension 200 is unavailable....
