| They are now down and I lost all my data and my clients data. Something went on with them and they didn't even have the common courtesy to let their customers know. They do not answer support requests and there are lots of other people who have been left in the dark. If they ever come back up, STAY AWAY from them unless you like losing data. |

They have the crappiest service. I signed up with a website monitoring site and every other day I would get a notice "server1 down", then later in the day "server1 up". The 99.922% is complete BS.
Customer support is weak. |
