I am not happy with their technical support. It seems that they work for US clients. For when there is a problem and I am in Europe and I notice that in the morning when I start (it is late night in USA at that time) the problems get solved nearly after I have wasted a whole working day waiting.......but maybe just in time for US clientes when they start their day.....
